Practice Information

• Intermountain Health is looking for a board certified / eligible physical medicine and rehabilitation physician for our 20-bed St. George Regional Hospital Neuro Specialty Rehabilitation Unit.
• Neuro Specialty Rehabilitation Southern Utah Neurosciences Institute (intermountainhealthcare.org)
• You will work .80 FTE inpatient; services plus .20 FTE outpatient clinic
• Physician has support of dedicated caregivers including nurses, aides, techs, PT / OT / Speech therapists, social workers, and nurse practitioner.
• CARF accredited; Recognized as one of top 10% units in the country by Uniform Data Systems, a national benchmarking company

The area is known for its breathtaking scenery and is the gateway to the nation's largest concentration of national parks.
