What You'll Be Doing :

As the strategic and hands-on leader of all restaurant operations (traditional and non-traditional), you will :

• Lead the Charge : Oversee all food & beverage operations, ensuring a memorable culinary and guest experience across all locations.
• Be a People-First Coach : Lead with a culture-first mentality, build organizational talent, and develop the next generation of managers.
• Own the P&L : Manage the financial success of all South Florida locations, ensuring operational excellence, hitting KPIs, and driving profitability.
• Grow the Brand : Work directly with the CEO and cross-functional leaders to scale efficiently and help open new restaurants.
