The Store Manager is responsible for the overall success of our locations. Daily responsibilities of the Store Manager include, but are not limited to, completion and / or delegation and follow-up in the areas of customer service, merchandising, foodservice, standard operating procedures, employee staffing & development, employee relations, store cleanliness and maintenance, and store profitability. The Store Manager is also responsible for ensuring adherence and enforcement of all Company Policies and Procedures. The Store Manager will create a positive store culture by consistently treating employees with fairness and respect as well as leading employees by example with their personal work standards and ethic. Store Managers applicants must have a high school education or equivalent, previous experience with people management, be self-motivated, dependable, and possess the ability & willingness to work weekends, holidays and varying shifts in a fast-pace environment, while maintaining total focus on customer service and satisfaction. Previous management experience in retail or convenience industry is preferred.
