What You’ll Do

Our Client is seeking a Part-Time Project Manager – Fashion & E-commerce to oversee projects across their fashion and lifestyle operations. This role is ideal for someone with a background in fashion who is also tech-savvy, self-driven, and capable of managing projects independently.

Your core responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional fashion and e-commerce projects from planning to completion
• Coordinate between creative, marketing, operations, and fulfillment teams
• Analyze and interpret e-commerce performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, sell-through, inventory turnover, return rates)
• Implement insights from data to drive continuous improvement and growth
• Ensure timely delivery of tasks and milestones
• Utilize Shopify to manage storefronts and support product launches
• Facilitate clear communication among internal team members and external partners
• Drive progress proactively with minimal supervision
• Proven experience in the fashion industry, preferably in a project management or operations role
• Hands-on experience with the Shopify platform
• Strong understanding of key e-commerce metrics and how to leverage them for decision-making
• Comfortable leading small teams and coordinating multiple departments
• Ability to work independently and part-time with flexible availability
