Responsibilities :

Deliver direct nursing care to residents

Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs

Communicate with physicians, residents, and family members

Follow care plans and ensure proper documentation

Requirements :

Current RN license in the state of Tennessee

Strong clinical and communication skills

A genuine interest in working with the geriatric population
