Position : Early Intervention PT

Program Focus : Infant and Toddler Development

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct assessments to determine individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy services to children aged 0-3 years.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support developmental goals.
• Educate and guide families on at-home exercises and activities.
• Monitor and document progress.

Qualification s :

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s / Doctoral degree preferred.
• Valid RI licensure as a PT required.
• 2+ years' experience providing treatment to infants and toddlers (birth to age three) in a family-focused, home-based setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the trans-disciplinary provision of services required.
• Commitment to a family-centered, compassionate approach.
• Advanced knowledge in one or more special treatment areas, such as NDT, second language and / or experience working with minority racial, ethnic, and immigrant populations preferred.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
• CPR / FA Certification required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and safe driving record.
• Access to a personal vehicle
