Title : Order Administration Support

Location : Westminster, CO (80021) / Onsite

Employment Type : 6-Month W2 Contract (No C2C or sponsorship)

Overview :

A major enterprise in Westminster, CO is seeking an Order Administration Support professional to join their team. This role focuses on managing order processing, maintaining data accuracy, and supporting customer service and internal operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with Salesforce, Oracle, and ERP systems, along with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities :

Process and manage customer orders with accuracy and efficiency

Support contract administration and customer service functions

Maintain and update data across Salesforce and other enterprise systems

Prepare reports and documentation for internal and external teams

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order or system issues

Ensure compliance with company policies and data governance standards

Qualifications :

25 years of experience in order administration, sales support, or a related role

Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Office Suite, and data management tools

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Experience with ERP systems, Oracle, or SAP preferred

Familiarity with global tax / VAT and export procedures a plus

Bachelors degree preferred (Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field)
