The Dairy Technical Support / Sales position is responsible for sales and support of All Micro Technologies with a focus on sanitation technologies but not limited.

Build a solid understanding of MICRO products, dairy operations, customer business objectives, and applicable government regulations

Provide industry expertise to customers in terms of sanitation, safety, quality and operations; including assisting with sanitation plans and programs, standard operating procedures, evaluating processes and procedures, identifying and implementing operational efficiencies, and employee training.

Educate customers of the uses of Micro Technologies offerings

Communicate effectively with all levels of dairy staff; build strong business relationships and networks.

Prepare and deliver sales presentations on MICRO's innovative products, equipment and services.

Manage MICRO’s products and equipment; participate in equipment installations, and help monitor product inventory.

What your background should look like

High school graduate with 5 years of dairy farm experience

BS / BA degree in dairy, food or agricultural science, engineering, chemistry, biology or related field. 2 years’ experience in the dairy industry.

In lieu of degree, 10 years of dairy industry experience preferred. Bilingual skills (English / Spanish) preferred. Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.

Willingness and ability to work varying hours as customer needs dictate. Willingness and ability to travel throughout a geographic territory, including periodic overnight travel.

strives for positive high impact delivery. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.

Have the ability to write routine reports.

This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado / California / Washington / New York State-specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
