Overview
Kepler executes engineered marketing, where every message and ad delivered helps create a more personalized and productive relationship between brands and their consumers. We do this by acting as clients’ agency of record, as their in-house team, or some hybrid of the two – and by harnessing data and technology across all paid digital media and data-driven CRM channels.
Kepler prides itself on being a great place to work. Digiday named Kepler the most innovative media agency in 2025, recognizing the bold, forward-thinking work we do every day and the trust our clients place in us to drive meaningful business impact.
The Client Solutions Director will manage a team of up to 15 digital media experts and be accountable for the success of multiple client relationships. As a client leader, you’ll be responsible for deeply understanding clients’ business issues and goals and be the advisor to client leadership.
But this isn’t your typical “account” job. In addition to managing relationships, you’ll oversee development of sophisticated media plans, leverage industry relationships to buy media, ensure flawless execution of digital campaigns, and drive sophisticated analysis to measure and drive results. Your team members will be both strong account leads and technical experts who lead all aspects of ad operations – from pixel strategy to campaign QA.
This position demands strong quantitative and communication skills, a sense of personal accountability, a passion for delivering client impact, and a desire to be part of a tightly-knit team that’s out to change the industry.
