This is a hybrid, full-time role that combines in-studio coaching with sales and marketing responsibilities . Youll play a key role in driving membership growth, retention, and energy in the studio.

As our Assistant Studio Manager, youll be a key player in both the member experience on the floor and behind the scenes in sales, marketing, and brand growth . Youll assist with lead generation, outreach, onboarding new members, and helping prospects feel excited about joining F45. Youll also coach group training sessions with energy, professionalism, and a passion for fitness.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Marketing :
Execute lead generation, follow-up, and marketing strategies to drive new member acquisitionRespond to incoming inquiries, book trial classes, and conduct in-studio toursRepresent F45 at community events, local partnerships, and social media campaignsTrack leads, conversions, and retention using CRM and studio management toolsSupport ongoing promotional efforts and referral programsCoaching & Operations :
Coach high-energy, team-based F45 classesMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environmentBuild strong relationships with members to drive retention and communityTrack attendance and support member engagement through check-ins and outreachAssist with social media content and event planning to grow local brand presenceQualifications :
Previous experience in fitness sales, marketing, or coaching preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsHigh energy and passion for helping people improve their healthMust hold or be willing to obtain a nationally accredited Personal Trainer Certification within 90 days of employment (reimbursement offered after 1 year of employment)CPR / AED / First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain)Familiarity with F45 or boutique fitness environments a plusProficiency with CRM systems (MindBody, Loyalsnap, or similar) and social media platformsIdeal Candidate Traits :
