State-of-the-Art Facilities : Be a part of a practice using the latest technology and equipment in orthopedic care. Comprehensive evaluation of patients using the highest level of information and testing available. This evaluation is to be fully documented in the Coastal EHR using industry standards of documentation. Documents objective measures and tests in our companies EHR in a clear and concise fashion. Performs regular reassessments (or progress notes) at least once per month. These progress notes are intended to give a brief assessment of the patient’s current condition and how their progress relates to the original POC and goals set at the initial visit. Maintains patient treatment schedules consistent with the needs of the patent and the department. Confers with the person(s) most closely associated with the active management of the patient and keeps them informed of any additional patient needs, treatment and / or progress. Graduate from an accredited school of physical therapy (APTA). Must hold a current PT License and or registration or be able to obtain one in the state of Florida. Must know the principles and practice of PT, be familiar with the American Physical Therapy Association Code of Ethics and possess knowledge of management and supervision techniques.
