Director, NetSuite Relations & Tech Partnerships

About the Role

The Director, NetSuite Relations & Technology Partnerships is a strategic leader responsible for shaping, scaling, and accelerating Zone's global technology ecosystem. This role owns Zone's relationship with NetSuite while leading alliances across key platforms such as Salesforce, AWS, Azure, Stripe, and Oracle Cloud. Reporting to the CRO, this individual will define partnership strategy, drive executive alignment, and deliver measurable impact on revenue, customer value, and market position.

What You'd Do

  • Lead global partnership strategy for NetSuite and adjacent technology ecosystems, aligning with corporate growth objectives.
  • Own executive relationships with key partners, ensuring C-level engagement, roadmap alignment, and joint business planning.
  • Drive co-innovation initiatives with Product and Engineering, including integrations, API strategy, and joint solution development.
  • Develop and manage joint business plans, including financial targets, GTM priorities, and enablement programs.
  • Oversee alliance governance and performance, ensuring consistent global execution, risk management, and ROI tracking.
  • Represent Zone externally as a thought leader at partner summits, industry forums, and executive briefings.
  • Mentor and lead alliance managers, fostering high performance, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Provide executive insights on partner performance, ecosystem trends, and revenue impact to inform strategic decision-making.

What You'll Need

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in Strategic Alliances, Technology Partnerships, or Channel GTM in SaaS, ERP, or Cloud.
  • Deep expertise in NetSuite and related ecosystems; proven success managing global, executive-level partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and execute alliance strategies that drive measurable revenue and market impact.
  • Strong executive presence, communication, and stakeholder influence across global teams.
  • Proven strategic, commercial, and analytical acumen with experience in joint business planning and ROI assessment.
  • Experience leading cross-functional and globally distributed teams in high-growth environments.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, remote global organization with periodic travel.
