Play & Learning Specialist

Join Soar Autism Center as a Play & Learning Specialist (Behavior Technician / RBT). We are dedicated to enhancing the lives of children on the autism spectrum through our play-based approach.

Through our care model, which draws from the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM) , you'll help children learn, grow, and thrive every day. Our model is a fun and engaging, play-based form of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work one-on-one with children aged 2–6 in our clinic, using play to teach new skills and support growth
• Implement therapy plans designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) using play-based ABA principles
• Encourage social, communication, and learning skills through engaging activities and routines
• Support and partner with families by sharing updates and celebrating progress
• Participate in ongoing training and supervision to grow your skills and maintain RBT certification
