Specification Writer

Selectek has an immediate need to hire a Specification Writer to work closely with the company's team of design professionals on various project types, including science and technology, commercial office, higher education, and performing arts.

Required :

• Professional Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Certified Construction Specifier (CCS) certification preferred.
• Architectural license is a plus but not required.
• 5 to 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in specifications development.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and editing skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Proficiency in specifications software such as Speclink is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, MS Project, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Job Responsibilities :

Pay rate : $60,000 - $100,000 DOE
