What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies within a healthcare environment.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, acting as a representative of Allied Universal.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.

Assist visitors, patients, and staff with directions and general information as needed while maintaining a visible presence.

Observe and report any security-related irregularities or hazards to the appropriate personnel according to established procedures.

Support emergency response activities as directed, following all protocols specific to the healthcare location.

Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly, maintaining confidentiality as appropriate.

Minimum Requirements :

Must be at least 21 years of age.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
