Immediate need for a talented IT Capacity Management Analyst . This is a 12+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

Pay Range : $50 - $55 / hour. The base pay range is $50.00 / hr - $55.00 / hr.
Responsibilities
- BVI / Demand gathering – initial efforts to be focused on existing data and will expand to AITs for creation.
- Assist Global Markets Production Support Capacity owners in bringing in new AITs.
- Assist with multiple applications onboarding and deliverables around Performance and Capacity.
- Involve Risk and Regulatory Management and Information Security Generalist / Management skills.
- Review technical application documentation to identify potential capacity impacts with Markets Production Support owners.
- Collaborate with Production Support owners to provide forecasts and models for performance and capacity of impacted components.
- Review saturation test results and artifacts (e.g., AppDynamics, DynaTrace, Client, SAR / vmstat, application logs, Performance Center results) to measure capacity thresholds / limits.
- Provide support and consulting to Production Support owners for the applications in question.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience
SkillsIT Capacity & Performance Management, Performance Monitoring & Analysis Tools, Regulatory & Documentation Review Skills.
Minimum 3-5 years of IT Capacity Management experience.Knowledge of capacity planning methodologies.Knowledge of mathematical / statistical and quantitative analytics.Knowledge of ITIL capacity management best practices (COBIT framework).Foster a culture of support and knowledge sharing.Desired Experience with :ITSMAppDynamics / DynaTraceClientOperating System Performance Measurement Tools (SAR / PerfMon)True Sight Capacity OptimizerAgile Framework – Jira / ConfluenceCompany and Equal Opportunity
