Sodexo is seeking a Food Operations Manager 2 to support our food service operations at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, NY. This leadership role reports directly to the General Manager and oversees a team of approximately 70 unionized employees across kitchen, retail, and patient dining services.

What You Bring : Proven experience in healthcare food service or high-volume operations, strong leadership and team development skills, familiarity with union environments and contract compliance, commitment to safety, sanitation, and service excellence, ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed, excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications & Requirements : Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience. Minimum Management Experience - 2 years. Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
