At  Always Best Care , we provide  compassionate, high-quality in-home care  for seniors and individuals needing support with daily living activities. We take pride in offering care that emphasizes  personal dignity, safety, and emotional well-being . As a trusted care provider in the  Greater West Houston area , we are expanding our team and are looking for  dedicated caregivers and CNAs  to join us.

We are  urgently hiring  for a caregiver or CNA to assist a client in B aytown, TX (77520) .

Location : Greater West Houston (Current Need : Baytown, TX)

Shifts Available :  Day Shift (Night Shift when needed)

Responsibilities :

  • Follow a care plan outlined by a supervisor to provide daily living assistance to elderly clients, including but not limited to medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and personal care
  • Monitor and track client health and well-being, and report any changes or concerns to the supervisor
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
  • Assist with errands, appointments, and transportation as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on client care and activities
  • Follow all safety and infection control protocols to protect clients and maintain a clean and healthy environment
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure the best care for clients

Requirements :

  • Must be  able to speak Spanish (Bilingual).
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Prior experience working as a caregiver, preferably in a senior care setting.
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is ideal but not required.
  • Ability to pass a background check and reference check.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Empathy, patience, and compassion towards elderly clients.
  • Must be  comfortable around dogs (client has pets in the home).
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25 miles when needed.
