Customer Support : Handle inquiries from customers or clients via email or chat in a professional and courteous manner.
Meeting Support : Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and distribute them to attendees.
File Management : Organize and maintain digital files and documents for easy access and retrieval.
Expense Tracking : Record and track expenses, ensuring proper documentation and reimbursement.
Team Collaboration : Collaborate with team members on various projects, providing administrative support as required.
Requirements :
Must be willing to work during U.S. time zones (9am-5pm) to align with our team's working hours.
Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar administrative role.
