Responsibilities :

Receive and greet visitors at the front desk (the employee’s typical workstation).

Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner.

Provide support to the entire department, including copying, filing, and distributing mail.

Reserve conference rooms for meetings and ensure they are properly set up.

Coordinate with Facilities Accounting as needed.

Confirm that all documents for projects are present and accounted for in a timely manner.

Order office supplies and maintain office equipment.

Ensure excellent computer file management practices are followed.

Use MS Excel for data entry tasks as needed.

Administrative Skills :

General administrative support experience.

Excellent file management and organizational skills.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Ability to interact with visitors and staff in a professional manner.

Regular and prompt attendance is crucial.

Experience with data entry and MS Excel is highly desirable.

Skills Required :

Proficient in using Adobe, MS Word, Google Drive, and Gmail required.

Proficiency in Excel preferred.
