Job Description

Manage all aspects of on-site construction activities for higher education projects. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain schedules and budgets. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. Oversee quality control to guarantee that all work meets project specifications and standards. Provide leadership and direction to construction teams to achieve project milestones. Communicate progress and challenges effectively to stakeholders and clients. Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize delays and disruptions. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and project records.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent - Higher Education should have :
