Location : Marysville, WA Warehouse Inventory Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator.

In this position you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate inventory management, optimizing warehouse space, and facilitating efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory management preferred.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and systems, Service Titan preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. What you'll be doing :
  • Inventory Management : Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including receiving, counting, and reconciling incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Inventory Optimization : Strategically organize warehouse space to maximize efficiency and accessibility of inventory.
  • Order Fulfillment : Coordinate with various departments to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Quality Control : Conduct regular inspections of inventory to ensure quality standards are met and identify any discrepancies or issues.
  • Documentation : Keep detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, returns, and adjustments.
  • Reporting : Generate reports on inventory levels, trends, and discrepancies to inform decision-making and improve processes.
  • Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance inventory management efficiency and accuracy.
