Warehouse Inventory Coordinator

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Previous experience in warehouse operations or inventory management preferred.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and systems, Service Titan preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. What you'll be doing :
- Inventory Management : Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including receiving, counting, and reconciling incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Inventory Optimization : Strategically organize warehouse space to maximize efficiency and accessibility of inventory.
- Order Fulfillment : Coordinate with various departments to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
- Quality Control : Conduct regular inspections of inventory to ensure quality standards are met and identify any discrepancies or issues.
- Documentation : Keep detailed records of inventory transactions, including receipts, returns, and adjustments.
- Reporting : Generate reports on inventory levels, trends, and discrepancies to inform decision-making and improve processes.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance inventory management efficiency and accuracy.
