We're hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist to focus on paid media while also shaping the customer journey—think engaging landing pages, automated newsletters, and social content that turns attention into action.
What You'll Do
- Launch & Manage Paid Media : Set up, QA, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn; align audiences, creative, bids, and budgets to goals.
- Build Journeys & Landing Pages : Create conversion-focused landing pages and clear user paths from ad click to on-page engagement and follow-up.
- Automate Newsletters : Set up segmented, automated email sequences in our ESP; test subject lines, content, and send cadence.
- Optimize & Report : Run A / B tests on creative, audience, and pages; monitor GA4 / Ads Manager and surface insights in Tableau.
- Collaborate : Partner with creative and account teams; support organic social scheduling and light content development.
What You Bring
2–3 years in digital marketing (agency / multi-client a plus)Google Ads certification ; proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and GA4 ; comfortable in Tableau and spreadsheetsHands-on newsletter / ESP experience and WordPress page building / content updatesClear, concise copywriting across ads, email, and socialOrganized, proactive, and an in-office collaboratorNice-to-Haves
