Key Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic Digital Operations : Expand and oversee all digital marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and maximizing ROI.
• Retail Media Network Management : Own the strategy and execution of our Retail Media Network, collaborating with vendors to deliver high-performing sponsored display and OTT campaigns.
• Team Leadership : Manage and mentor a team of marketing specialists, fostering career development and guiding campaign execution to support brand engagement and growth.
• Campaign Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement multi-platform digital strategies optimizing performance through data-driven insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with internal teams to integrate digital and social strategies into holistic marketing plans, offering strategic recommendations on audience targeting, budgeting, and campaign objectives.
• Partner Campaign Program : Lead end-to-end execution of partner campaignsfrom proposal development and funding acquisition to content management, launch, and performance reporting.
• Management of third-party vendors and marketing partners across programs.
