Job Summary :

We are seeking a well-rounded Sr. Graphic Designer with an eye for detail and the ability to organize information effectively across presentations, page layouts, and graphical, data, and technical copy. The ideal candidate will be creative, knowledgeable about current presentation design trends, and capable of producing clean, minimalist designs for print and digital applications. Project management skills are essential to support team collaboration and back-up responsibilities. The role requires focus, organization, and initiative.

Your responsibilities will include selecting typography within brand guidelines, creating graphics, and working with stakeholders such as VP of Marketing, Product Marketing Directors, and Creative Directors to ensure accurate and compelling messaging. Success in this role involves storytelling through graphic design, executing marketing projects from conception to completion, and delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Execute high-level design projects based on messaging and standards
• Develop corporate identity and branding aligned with leadership input
• Create visual content from concept through approval, including logos, layouts, diagrams, icons, and illustrations for various media
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Animate, Audition), Microsoft Office Suite, and Figma (a plus)
• Design original graphics to support projects
• Collaborate with departments to develop graphics supporting strategic goals
• Communicate the company's vision and initiatives clearly to internal and external audiences
• Update and revise existing collateral and images, format templates, optimize photos, and develop standards
• Participate in meetings, maintain professional relations with vendors, and coordinate marketing activities
• Support events with design and coordinate with external partners as needed

Qualifications :

Salary Range : $90,000 - $147,000

Compensation depends on location, experience, education, and skills. Benefits include a comprehensive package, with potential bonuses and equity awards.
