• Recognize and support the autonomy and dignity of our elders.\n
• Communicate a sense of caring, concern, and dignity for our residents.\n
• Implement physician orders, medications, therapies, and treatments with knowledge, skills, and judgment.\n
• Actively participate in resident care planning, promoting the philosophy, goals, and objectives of the nursing department.\n
• Ensure safety, security, infection control, and hazardous materials policies are followed.\n
• Monitor residents' conditions, report significant changes promptly, and maintain accurate documentation.\n
• Promote and participate in educational programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.\n
• Foster a productive atmosphere, teamwork, and a respectful environment for employees, residents, and families.\n\nRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities\n
• Education : Graduate of an accredited school or college of nursing.
