Position Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lab Technician to lead test and evaluation efforts for our next-generation suppressor systems from a human systems perspective. This role will be responsible for human systems testing of our suppressor technologies from bench to field, with a focus on traditional biomechanical analyses (3D motion capture, force plates, etc.) and human factors testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human / soldier systems testing, product testing and evaluation, and proficient in human subjects testing.

Key Responsibilities :

• Responsible for data collection, reduction, and analysis of human subjects and product testing efforts.
• Assist with development of testing protocols and test metrics.
• Apply appropriate digital signal processing and statistical modelling methods to analyze test data to drive functional product design and development.
• Maintain and update equipment, software, and data storage capabilities as needed.
• Maintain accurate test records and ensure data integrity.
• Recruit and schedule testing participants.
• Prepare data visualizations for reports, presentations, and publications.
• Collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary research environment.
