Responsibilities

As a Portfolio Manager at Generations Bank, you will play a critical role in overseeing and managing the banks credit and investment portfolios, ensuring optimal performance and risk control while adhering to regulatory compliance standards. Your responsibilities will involve conducting in-depth credit / market risk analysis, monitoring asset quality, and providing comprehensive portfolio reviews. By collaborating with key stakeholders, you will support sound lending and investment decisions that align with the banks strategic goals.

Qualifications

To thrive as a Portfolio Manager at Generations Bank, a strong foundation in financial analysis and project management is essential. You will need excellent skills in credit and market risk analysis to make informed decisions that align with regulatory requirements. A keen ability to monitor portfolio trends and conduct comprehensive portfolio reviews is critical for assessing asset quality and ensuring optimal performance. Strong interpersonal skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with key stakeholders while fostering relationships built on trust and transparency. Additionally, exceptional communication skills are required to articulate complex data and support sound lending and investment decisions. In order to be considered for this role, you must have :

• Bachelors degree and / or 1 or more years of experience managing the credit and / or investment portfolio of a financial institution.
• Ability to perform the essential functions and physical demands of the job as listed above.
• Current drivers license and a vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage if required to drive while performing assigned duties and responsibilities.
