About the Role

We are seeking a full-time and experienced Financial Support Manager. This role combines administrative support, bookkeeping, and office coordination. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, proficient in QuickBooks and Excel, managing day-to-day office tasks, and keeping our business organized and running smoothly. This role is direct support to ownership, and a key part of the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ability to operate and execute all functions of Quickbooks at a high level.
  • Weekly coordination between our systems and payroll administrator.
  • Create, update, and analyze spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Assist with HR paperwork (onboarding documents, timesheets, employee records).
  • Serve as the point of contact for office communications and directly to the owners.
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in administrative support, bookkeeping, or office management.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Microsoft Excel, and Drop Box.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of discretion with sensitive information.
