Find and respond to competitive and market opportunities as well as customer inquiries
Make sales calls and provide proposals, bids, and project information
Plan and coordinate the sale and implementation of products with technical teams
Contact existing customers to assess needs and identify business expansion opportunities
Prepare presentations, proposals, reports, and price quotations
Maintain sales contracts and maximize customer satisfaction and cross-sales
Forecast sales and prepare annual budgets and sales plans
Review account info, issue invoices, and assist with collections
Prepare sales materials and perform presentations
Conduct market research and assist post-sales teams with service startup ▶︎ Required Qualifications & Skills :
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English
