Server

As a Server at VERDE NYC, you play a key role in delivering outstanding dining experiences that reflect our brand’s creativity, quality, and energy. You will ensure guests feel welcomed, attended to, and leave with a memorable impression of our hospitality. You’ll join a dynamic team where your personality, service skills, and passion for hospitality shine.

Responsibilities :

Greet and serve guests with friendliness, professionalism, and efficiency

Take orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly

Provide recommendations and share knowledge of menu items, specials, and beverages

Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations

Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service and a seamless guest experience

Assist in managing inventory, stock levels, and restocking as needed

Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and food service regulations

Support training and mentoring of new service staff to uphold YEEELS standards

Requirements :

Proven experience as a Server or in a similar front-of-house role, preferably in high-end or fast-paced venues

Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and stay attentive under pressure

Team-oriented mindset, reliability, and a passion for delivering excellence

Knowledge of food and beverage service standards is a plus

Compensation :

$11 / hr minimum wage when tipped (tip-based, pooled via an 8-point tip system)

$16.50 / hr minimum wage without tips
