Receptionist (West Sacramento, CA)

LHH is teaming up with a corporate organization in the energy and fuel distribution industry in West Sacramento, CA in search of a Receptionist to support front office operations and administrative coordination.

This is a great opportunity to join a professional, family-oriented environment where you’ll be the welcoming face of the company. The role is focused on reception and mailroom duties, with occasional light projects. You’ll be the go-to person for routing inquiries, managing incoming mail, and supporting basic office functions. The team values reliability, a proactive attitude, and someone who can acclimate well to different personalities.

The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, and tech-savvy—especially with Excel. You should be comfortable taking initiative, learning patterns quickly, and relaying messages clearly without overcomplicating communication. This is a focused reception position with occasional support tasks.

Key Responsibilities :

• Answer phones and transfer calls to appropriate contacts
• Take general orders (UO, AF, UOF), write tags, and route to appropriate team
• Look up and print EPA numbers, attach to order tags
• Stamp and collect mail daily
• Check company box and distribute contents
• File customer profiles and inspection logs
• Sort invoices into designated folders
• Address and mail manifests
• Run credit card payments as needed
• Maintain supply and break rooms
• Intercept packages and direct visitors appropriately

Qualifications :

Start Date : Tuesday 10 / 21

Location : Fully on-site in West Sacramento, CA

Hours : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Pay Rate : $21–$23 / hour, depending on experience
