Site Superintendent – Remediation
We are seeking a Site Superintendent to lead field operations for environmental remediation projects. This role manages crews and subcontractors, enforces safety standards, monitors schedules and budgets, and serves as the primary on-site contact for clients and regulators.
Qualifications :
- 7+ years construction experience, including 5+ years in supervision and environmental remediation
- Knowledge of OSHA standards, remediation methods (excavation, UST closures, system installation), and project plans
- Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to mentor field staff and coordinate subcontractors
