The role provides overnight coverage in a fast-paced post-anesthesia care unit, supporting the recovery and safe transition of surgical patients. Candidates must have current Epic EMR experience and a minimum of 2 years of PACU or acute care nursing experience. Responsibilities : Monitor and care for patients recovering from anesthesia after surgical procedures. Assess patient condition, manage pain, and intervene for post-operative complications. Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to provide high-quality patient care. Document patient care accurately in Epic EMR according to hospital and regulatory standards. Maintain patient safety and provide patient / family education as needed.
