Logistics Specialist
Supports the instructional delivery function including planning, coordinating, and organizing a wide range of training and learning activities. Oversees scheduling and training logistics for caregivers, providers, affiliates, and Community Connect partners. Facilitates technical support sessions with caregivers. Maintains training records. Collaborates with multiple departments to ensure ideal onboarding process for stakeholders. Participates in special projects related to Epic training and enterprise Epic implementations. Develops logistical workflows for team. The goal of this position is to develop into an Epic Credentialed trainer.

Working experience with computer software systems for documents, word processing, presentations, spreadsheets, and process flows. Demonstrated ability to build credibility and collaborative relationships with various stakeholders. Customer service oriented and commitment to quality, responsibility, high work standards and initiative. Detail oriented, highly motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Avid learner and actively seeks and implements feedback to continuously grow and develop self. Microsoft Suite. Workday experience.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience as a Training Coordinator, Executive Assistant, or Supervisor role is required. Experience as a Logistics Coordinator or related position is preferred. Microsoft suite knowledge. Workday experience.
Physical Requirements
Pharmacy / Office / Desk Jobs : Pharmacists, PSRs, Administrative Support, Food Service Specialists, Business Professionals, etc. Ongoing need for caregiver to see and read information, labels, documents, monitors, identify equipment and supplies, and be able to assess customer needs. Frequent interactions with providers, colleagues, customers, patients / clients and visitors require caregiver to verbally communicate as well as hear and understand spoken information, needs, and issues quickly and accurately. Manual dexterity of hands and fingers to manipulate complex and delicate supplies and equipment with precision and accuracy. This includes frequent computer use for typing, accessing needed information, etc. For roles requiring driving : Expected to drive a vehicle which requires sitting, seeing and reading signs, traffic signals, and other vehicles.
