Overview

Associate Creative Director Experience (Lead Designer, Product Design) – you will be responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of innovative digital experiences. You will lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to create impactful, user-centered solutions. Your expertise in product design, design thinking, and creative leadership will be instrumental in shaping the future of digital products and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from ideation to execution, ensuring high-quality, user-centric experiences.
• Define and drive the product design vision, aligning with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable solutions.
• Mentor and lead a team of designers, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Advocate for design thinking and human-centered design principles, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to inform design decisions and optimize product performance.
• Establish and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency across digital platforms.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product design.
• Present and communicate design strategies and recommendations to executive leadership and clients.

Benefits & Additional Information

Pay Range : $170,000-185,000 per year. The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work.
