Texas Licensed Hospital Collections Manager

A company is looking for a Hospital Collections Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Manage staff to achieve cash targets, account receivable goals, and quality measures

Monitor collections and key performance indicators to ensure client success

Maintain knowledge of regulations and payer requirements to maximize reimbursement

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience; minimum 2 years supervisory experience in healthcare

Minimum 2+ years experience in healthcare Revenue Cycle environment

Experience with Cerner is required

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Working knowledge of hospital billing systems and denial management
