• Week-on-week-off schedule or 7 consecutive days per month
• Average daily census of 4 patients in NICU
• Level II NICU facility
• No circumcisions required
• Tuesday to Tuesday rotation
• Well baby coverage not required
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
