Responsibilities

• Monitor and support IT infrastructure
• Resolve patching, compliance, updates, network, and security issues by coordinating with corporate associates in the datacenter
• Manage server and password updates, occasionally outside regular business hours
• Participate in quarterly production development moves, which occur on a Saturday
