Clinical Social WorkerAnnual Salary Ranges : On-site$91,716 - $120,132 Licensed$85,248 - $111,660 Pre-Licensed Clinical Social Workers providing in-person care in an inpatient unit will receive : $105,468 - $138,144 Licensed$98,028 - $128,400 Pre-LicensedRecruitment and Retention Bonus for clinicians newly hired with the State of CA has been restructured to provide a 1% bonus for the first 7 years, increasing by 1% year over year, maxing out at a 7% annual bonus by year 7.
