Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude. Strong work ethic and leadership skills. Strong communication skills, both oral and written. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Process customer policy change requests.
- Take premium payments from customers.
- Generating insurance quotes.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, solve or refer problems.
- Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
- Help educate clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
