A Customer Service Representative provides service to customers by handling policy inquiries, changes, quotes and billing inquiries in person, over the phone, via text and email in English and Spanish (Bilingual). Products offered / serviced include Auto, Home, Life, Health, Commercial, retirement and college savings plans. Achievement bonuses available!
