A company is looking for an Accounting Coordinator, Benefits TPA (Remote EST).
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely payments
Perform bank reconciliations and process COBRA remittance to clients
Utilize accounting software for data entry, reporting, and resolving discrepancies
Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in Accounting required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience, including trial balance reporting
Experience with financial software such as QuickBooks and Sage Intacct
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
Experience in a Third-Party Administrator (TPA) company preferred
