Job Overview

Pop Mart is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Licensing & Risk Management Specialist to support regulatory preparedness and risk coordination across its North American operations, including both the United States and Canada. This role is primarily responsible for managing and maintaining essential business documentationsuch as business licenses, seller permits, and corporate registrations, across applicable federal, provincial, state, county, and municipal jurisdictions. The Specialist will also ensure that all required operating licenses and insurance coverages are properly obtained, renewed, and archived in compliance with local regulations and lease requirements for both physical stores and Roboshops.

What You Will Achieve

Licensing, Permitting & Entity Management

• Research, apply for, and maintain all required registration, business licenses, sellers permits, and operating permits at the federal, provincial, state, county, and municipal levels across the U.S. and Canada for offline stores and Roboshops..
• Monitor license and permit expiration dates and ensure timely renewals to avoid business interruption.
• Coordinate with internal departments (store operations, leasing, real estate, legal, and finance) to confirm licensing and registration needs before store or Roboshop openings.
• Select and manage third-party licensing service providers and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely application, renewal, and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of business entity registrations and corporate filings, and liaise with corporate service providers as needed.
