Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Boulder, CO for a Director of Construction and Land Development. The Director will oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of all construction and land development projects. Day-to-day tasks include managing budgeting, cost management, procurement processes, and coordinating with construction and civil engineering teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Budgeting and Cost Management skills
• Procurement experience
• Construction and Civil Engineering knowledge
• Strong leadership and project management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with affordable housing projects is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
