Role Description
This is an on-site part-time role for a Digital Technology Technician located in the Tulsa Metropolitan Area. As the Digital Technology Technician, you will work closely with the Digital Technology Manager to provide support in maintaining Inventure's IT systems.
This person will have knowledge of Apple computer hardware and software, network maintenance and industry trends. Being the human connection for employees in all locations, the Digital Technology Technician will have an impact on the efficiency of our operations and overall growth.
This position will be on an hourly basis each week, depending on work load. Person will be onsite at the Tulsa office, and work remote to support other remote offices if needed.
A Day In the Life
- Work in a team environment with the ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on varying project types
- Support troubleshooting employee’s issues
- Support essential IT operations including operating systems, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, printers, and network.
- Resolve IT issues
- Work closely with Digital Technology Manager, supporting all IT needs
Key Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience supporting employees via phone, e-mail, chat, and / or in person
- Passion for service and ownership of an employee's experience including issue solution
- Able to effectively adapt communication and style to diverse audiences
- Effective time management
- Able to research and grasp technical information across multiple tools while talking with employees
- Aptitude for acquiring skills in technical troubleshooting and an eagerness to learn and take on new challenges

- iOS and iPadOS 16.0+
- Basic Printer Troubleshooting
- Basic knowledge of Jamf Pro, Egnyte, UniFi (Network, Access, Protect), TeamViewer
