Operational excellence starts here! As the Director of Operations, you will lead all facets of venue operations, ensuring that every department performs seamlessly. You'll champion service standards, manage logistics, and drive continuous improvement to deliver the ultimate fan and guest experience.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of senior operations leadership in a hospitality or sports / entertainment venue
• Strong proficiency in budgeting, vendor relations, and event logistics
• Valid ServSafe and Alcohol Safety certifications preferred
