VP, Talent Acquisition.

The Head of Talent Acquisition will drive this effort, leading our talent acquisition team to efficiently hire high quality talent, partner with the business to understand & plan for talent needs, & drive process excellence.
This position is a highly visible & critical leadership role, reporting to the EVP, People & Performance.
What you'll do :
- Lead & develop a high functioning Talent Acquisition team, ensuring operational excellence & efficient hiring of team members across the company
- Consult with business leaders & our People Team to identify talent needs & organize & allocate Talent Acquisition resources accordingly.
- Utilizing data & metrics to drive KPIs, effective prioritization, communicate progress, & monitor effectiveness, continuously assessing & improving our hiring processes & practices.
- Develop strategies & processes to increase internal recruiting capabilities & mobility.
- Drive talent branding messages & campaigns across different sourcing strategies (internal, intern, campus, experience, tech, non-tech, etc.)

The base salary range for this role is $200,000 - $250,000, depending on levels of skills & experience.
The base salary range represents the low & high end of CLEARs salary range for this position. Salaries will vary depending on various factors which include, but are not limited to location, education, skills, experience & performance.
The range listed is just one component of CLEARs total compensation package for employees & other rewards may include annual bonuses, commission, Restricted Stock Units
