Join our Alameda, CA team and help transform die‑cast aluminum blueprints into accurate, repeatable parts. You’ll own the setup, perform light program edits, and protect quality from first‑article through production—working shoulder‑to‑shoulder with a collaborative crew.
How you’ll contribute
- Prepare workholding, select tooling, and set CNC machines to match specifications and drawings.
- Edit and fine‑tune G‑code to stabilize processes and improve performance.
- Validate results with in‑process and final inspections using GD&T as your guide.
- Diagnose machining issues with teammates and implement corrective actions.
- Capture setup details, offsets, and parameters to keep documentation current.
- Model safe habits and support a clean, organized work area.
What makes you a fit
Experience as a CNC setup / programmer or related machining role.Strong grasp of CNC machinery, controls, and G‑code.Fluent in reading technical drawings / blueprints and applying GD&T.Methodical problem solver with keen attention to detail.Knowledge of quality standards and inspection techniques.Team‑oriented communicator who contributes positively to the shop.Skills you’ll use daily
