Scrum Master

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to lead software development teams in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate scrum ceremonies and remove roadblocks for multiple teams

Manage Azure DevOps boards and advocate for automation to enhance team productivity

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and timelines, while managing resource allocation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience

5+ years of relevant industry experience, with a minimum of 1 year in an Associate level role

Solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies

Prior experience with Scrum / Agile methodologies and enterprise-level application development projects

Experience using Azure DevOps or Jira for task management
